Mr. St-Amour has over 25 years of mining industry experience in corporate management, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. He has a masters degree in geology and is a Chartered Financial Analyst with strengths and expertise in capital markets, financial and investment analysis, asset valuation, and managing financing and M&A transactions in the natural resource sector. During his career, J.C. has held various senior management and investment banking and roles, including President and CEO of Vanstar Mining, which was sold to IAMGOLD in 2024; Director, Investment Banking and member of the Executive Committee with Fraser Mackenzie Limited; Vice President, Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc.; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Defiance Mining Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Development at Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd.
Michael England

Mr. England has been involved in the public markets since 1983, beginning his career working at the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a floor trader. Since 1995, Mr. England has been directly involved with public companies in various roles, including investor relations, directorships and senior officer positions. To date, Mr. England has been directly responsible for raising in excess of $60-million for mineral exploration and acquisitions.
Gerhard Jacob, M.Sc
Director
Gerhard Jacob is a seasoned professional with almost 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has worked and evaluated numerous projects around the globe plus has extensive management experience. During his career Gerhard served on the board of several junior companies and as a lead advisor. His most recent directorship was with Pure Energy Minerals and has worked on lithium projects since 2011. Mr. Jacob holds an MSc. in Geology /Geochemistry from the University of Goettingen, Germany.
Jonathan Gagné, Eng., MBA

Mr. Gagné has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal. Mr. Gagné has more than 12 years of experience in the mining sector in terms of project development, operation and management. Mr. Gagné began his career being involved in the construction and commissioning of the Meadowbank gold project located in Nunavut. He was head of the mining engineering department for SGS Geostat, a mining services company specializing in computer-assisted mineral resource estimation services using cutting edge geostatistical techniques. Mr. Gagné also was the responsible engineer to support the open-pit operations for Glencore Zinc globally. Most recently, he was General Manager of Sayona Quebec and currently works for Greenstone Gold Mines, which aims to develop the Hardrock Gold Project located in Ontario and is also a director of Vision Lithium Inc.
Arvin Ramos

Mr. Ramos holds a degree in commerce and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Ramos has over 17 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, technology, and banking.
