Mr. St-Amour has over 25 years of mining industry experience in corporate management, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. He has a masters degree in geology and is a Chartered Financial Analyst with strengths and expertise in capital markets, financial and investment analysis, asset valuation, and managing financing and M&A transactions in the natural resource sector. During his career, J.C. has held various senior management and investment banking and roles, including President and CEO of Vanstar Mining, which was sold to IAMGOLD in 2024; Director, Investment Banking and member of the Executive Committee with Fraser Mackenzie Limited; Vice President, Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc.; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Defiance Mining Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Development at Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd.
Wanda Cutler

Wanda Cutler has more than 25 years of experience as strategic corporate advisor to several public companies through her firm Cutler McCarthy. Clients include junior mining companies, investment companies and alternative energy companies. Ms. Cutler has been involved in the lithium industry since 2009 having advised several lithium exploration companies. During her career she been involved in a number of equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and incubated new companies. She has held directorships on the boards of directors of various private and public companies. Ms. Cutler holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa.
Simone Sze Man Suen

Ms. Simone Sze Man Suen is a highly credentialed company director with a Bachelor of Business and over 20 years’ experience predominantly in the resources industry in Australia and internationally. Simone has extensive expertise in the financing, development and operation of mining projects having founded the Bald Hill Tantalum/Lithium Project in Western Australia and successfully listing the project onto the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in 2014 as Alliance Mineral Assets Limited. Simone held the position of executive director between 2010 and 2018 at Alliance Mineral Assets Limited where she procured, mobilised and organised all the relevant experienced staff and resources for the development, commissioning and operations of its Bald Hill Tantalum/Lithium Project. In 2019 Simone joined Cassini Resources Ltd as a Non Executive Director and major shareholder which was acquired by OZ Minerals in October 2020 via a Scheme of Arrangement worth approximately $100M. Simone was a Non Executive Director 2020 to 2023 of Caspin Resources Ltd which was the successful demerger vehicle of the OZ Minerals takeover of Cassini Resources Ltd. Caspin Resources Ltd is the owner of the Yarawindah Brook and Mount Squires Projects in Western Australia.
Jonathan Gagné, Eng., MBA

Mr. Gagné has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal. Mr. Gagné has more than 12 years of experience in the mining sector in terms of project development, operation and management. Mr. Gagné began his career being involved in the construction and commissioning of the Meadowbank gold project located in Nunavut. He was head of the mining engineering department for SGS Geostat, a mining services company specializing in computer-assisted mineral resource estimation services using cutting edge geostatistical techniques. Mr. Gagné also was the responsible engineer to support the open-pit operations for Glencore Zinc globally. Most recently, he was General Manager of Sayona Quebec and currently works for Greenstone Gold Mines, which aims to develop the Hardrock Gold Project located in Ontario and is also a director of Vision Lithium Inc.
Arvin Ramos

Mr. Ramos holds a degree in commerce and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Ramos has over 17 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, technology, and banking.
